Project Overview
IPSY is a leader in personalized beauty subscriptions but faced a growing market of competitors. To reignite excitement for their curated beauty products, they sought to elevate their member experience through a visual refresh.
Challenge
Design captivating visuals that seamlessly translate across print (subscription boxes, inserts) and digital platforms (website, social media, email). This refresh needed to stand out, evoke anticipation, and seamlessly integrate with the existing IPSY brand across all touch points.
My Role
As the Lead designer, I spearheaded the design refresh, crafting striking visuals for both print and digital platforms. This ensured a seamless brand experience while injecting fresh energy. Additionally, I developed innovative gift box concepts for marketing campaigns, expanding reach and fostering member engagement.
Results
IPSY’s visual refresh demonstrably boosted member engagement. Email click-through rates jumped by 15%, time spent on the IPSY website increased by 10%, Social Media engagement saw a 20% rise in average likes and comments. Innovative gift boxes further fueled a 12% growth in new member signups through marketing campaigns.
