Project Overview
The COMPASS Bay Area Division needed a unified yet flexible brand system that empowered individual REALTORS to stand out while maintaining the sophistication of the COMPASS identity. As Lead UX and Brand Designer, I developed custom logotypes, brand systems, and digital experiences tailored for each agent, blending modern minimalism with personalized storytelling.
Challenge
Agent branding and web experiences across the Bay Area Division were fragmented: inconsistent visuals, ad-hoc templates, and DIY pages created uneven quality, weak SEO, and poor lead capture. COMPASS needed a unified, scalable system that preserved brand standards while showcasing each agent’s value and individuality.

Process
Working collaboratively with product managers and developers, I established a cohesive design system built on clean typography, a monochromatic palette, and high-impact lifestyle photography that communicated warmth and trust.
Each agent site was designed to highlight individuality, featuring custom monogram logos, personalized bios, and refined copywriting that emphasized their unique strengths and market expertise. This modular design approach ensured a consistent brand framework while allowing agents to authentically express their identity and connect with clients.

Marketing Collateral
In addition to the digital experience, I developed a suite of supporting materials including: business cards, presentation templates, listing brochures, and signage that extended the brand across both print and digital channels. Each piece was crafted to maintain brand consistency while allowing customization, ensuring that every agent’s marketing presence felt cohesive, polished, and elevated.
Results
The rollout resulted in a more recognizable and premium brand experience across the Bay Area region. Each agent’s new website served as a centralized hub, consolidating their biography, credentials, awards, education, and social media Chanels into a single, easily shareable page, giving clients a clear and consistent way to engage.
Agent satisfaction surveys reflected improved brand alignment and usability of the new design system, while web analytics revealed a 25% increase in lead generation across agent profiles within the first quarter post-launch.
