Project Overview

The COMPASS Master’s Program is an onboarding and professional development initiative designed to empower thousands of REALTORS across the San Francisco Bay Area. As Lead Designer, I was responsible for creating a cohesive visual identity and brand experience for the program, bridging print and digital design through a unified creative direction that reflected COMPASS’s reputation for sophistication, clarity, and innovation.

Process

My approach centered on building a seamless connection between tactile and digital touchpoints. I developed a unified design system that merged typography, layout, and multimedia storytelling into a consistent, aspirational tone. The process included concept development, prototyping, copy collaboration, and iterative refinements to ensure the course materials were as inspiring as they were functional. Every design choice—from layout structure to imagery and typographic hierarchy—was guided by a single principle: making learning feel elevated, engaging, and accessible.

Deliverables

The result was an immersive Course Catalog that showcased COMPASS’s Master’s Program curriculum through elegant design, modern photography, and clear information architecture. I also designed a custom book cover and dust jacket to complement the print edition, as well as a fully responsive digital version of the catalog, ensuring accessibility and brand consistency across formats.
