Project Overview
The Gamache Real Estate Team, a leading real estate group in the Bay Area, was expanding to a new market in South Livermore and needed a visually striking way to announce their growth.
Challenge
The Gamache Team’s expansion required a marketing asset that went beyond a simple announcement. They needed a visual storytelling asset that would position them as trusted local experts who are deeply rooted in the community and committed to cultivating personalized client relationships. The goal was to create a design that not only celebrated their new South Livermore territory but also communicated their long-standing credibility and connection to the region’s lifestyle and culture.
Process
I designed a custom branded territory map for The Gamache Team to spotlight key landmarks, neighborhoods, and defining features of South Livermore. The goal was to celebrate community connection within the agent-client relationship while reinforcing the team’s position as trusted local real estate experts.
Through research into South Livermore’s most recognizable landmarks and cultural touchpoints, I ensured the design authentically reflected the area’s unique character. Using Adobe Illustrator, I crafted a vector-based map integrating the Gamache brand palette, typography, and custom iconography to highlight local wineries, schools, and natural features.
The result balanced technical precision with emotional resonance, a design that felt premium yet approachable, underscored the team’s deep community roots, and served as a high-impact shareable marketing piece for client engagement and outreach.
Results
The custom territory map became the centerpiece of the Gamache Team’s expansion campaign, featured across print collateral, digital ads, and listing presentations. It effectively announced their move into South Livermore while reinforcing their expertise and community ties. The rollout drove greater visibility across their social and email channels, and early inquiries from new clients in the region validated the campaign’s reach and impact.
